1. Agreement
By accessing or using Pono's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. The Service
Pono provides AI-powered business systems including Brand Brain creation, AI Staff tools, and business framework generation. Our services are designed for business use and require accurate information during onboarding to function effectively.
3. Your Brand Brain
Your Brand Brain is yours. You own all the data you provide and all the content generated for your business. We retain a license only to the extent necessary to provide and improve our services for you. We will never use your Brand Brain data to serve other customers.
4. Payment & Refunds
The Brand Brain onboarding is a one-time fee of $19.95 during early access. This is not a subscription. We offer a 24-hour "Actually Useful" guarantee — if Pono doesn't produce something you'd actually send to a client, investor, or team member within 24 hours, we'll refund every penny.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pono for illegal activities, to generate misleading or harmful content, to attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or to share access credentials with unauthorized parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pono's services are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in critical business decisions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid for our services.
